Booking Policies
Deposits & Cancellations
- £50 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit required at booking
- For cancellations made 48 hours or less prior to arrival: 50% refund on the full booking amount
- The 50% not refunded is non-transferable to future bookings
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in from 4pm (flexible by arrangement)
- Check-out by 10am
- Changeover days vary by cottage (Fri or Sat)
- Short breaks (min. 3 nights) available off-season
- We will ask which beds you will be needing for your stay, as only those to be used will be made up
General Policies
- No smoking inside any cottage
- No electric vehicle charging on site
- Dogs welcome (£15 per dog fee)
- Pet waste to be disposed of in designated bins
