Please read before booking your stay at Penmaenucha Farm Cottages
Booking policies
The following terms apply to all bookings at Penmaenucha Farm Cottages.
Deposits & Payment
- At time of booking, a £50 deposit is taken. This is non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation.
- The remaining balance is due 1 month prior to arrival.
Cancellations
- For any cancellation made 48 hours or less prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund on the full amount of the booking.
- Please note, the 50% not refunded is non-transferable to future bookings.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in time is from 4pm.
- Check-out time is by 10am.
Property Rules
- Charging of electric cars is not permitted from either the cottages or any outbuildings. There is a public EV charging point 300m from the cottages.
- Please keep dogs out of the bedrooms, do not leave them unattended in the cottages, and ensure all dog mess is picked up and disposed of in bins.
- No smoking is permitted in the cottages.
