Top Things to Do Near Coed y Brenin

Precipice Walk, Dolgellau. A superb 3.5-mile circular walk above Llyn Cynwch — panoramic views of the Mawddach valley and Cader Idris without significant climbing. A good option after a hard trail day.
Barmouth for Rest Days. Beach, seafood, paddleboarding, and kayaking when you want a complete change from saddle time. The seafront at Barmouth is excellent for watching the tide roll in with a coffee.
